UPPER CORNER LACROSSE was founded in March 2004 by three All-Star Division 1 NCAA lacrosse players: Tom Worstell (3 x All American midfielder U of Maryland), Jay Harkey (Div 2 National Championship UMBC, All-Star midfielder at U of Maryland) and Kevin Pehlke (4 x All American attackman U of Virginia). While lacrosse was the one sport that they excelled at in college, they also excelled at a number of other sports throughout their athletic careers as well, which is why they know sports like no other company around.
Upper Corner Lacrosse provides the most complete lacrosse experience for Boys and Girls via our camps, clinics and girls select travel teams. Our camps are specifically catered to all lacrosse players at all skill levels. This site provides you with detailed information on when and where our camps will be conducted in your area throughout the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter seasons.
Our mission at Upper Corner Lacrosse is to help all boy and girl lacrosse players, at any skill level and age, understand how to develop the proper skills that will enable them to play this great game like it’s supposed to be played. We focus on making every player better.
As an example, our summer camp goals are all geared towards making sure that each and every player walks away from our camp with a good solid understanding of what specific techniques need to be mastered in order to play great lacrosse ALL THE TIME.
We offer the most in depth sessions that cant be matched anywhere else in the country. We guarantee that each player will leave our camps or clinics feeling like he or she just received a one on one lesson geared towards their specific needs.
Our campers will learn from some of the best Professional and NCAA Div 1, 2 and 3 lacrosse players in the country. Unlike other lacrosse camps, we guarantee you that our campers will not be treated like they are just another number! Our camper to counselor ratios are the best in the country.
